The Power of Groups: Group Exercise at the J
Unlimited, free group exercise is an amazing benefit of membership at the J – and group exercise itself offers many benefits, too! The energy is positive and high in a group class, you make new friends, look forward to seeing each other and become accountable to each other, and you tend to work a little harder in a group. Between our two locations, the J offers nearly 200 free group exercise classes each week – and this includes the most popular classes like yoga, Pilates, cycling, Zumba and Tabata.
In consideration of group exercise participants, late arrivals will not be admitted 10 minutes after class start time.
