Swim Boot Camp
Comprises endurance swims, sprints, calisthenics, strength and explosive moves. Wet and dry work. Suitable for triathletes, masters swimmers, wannabes. Must be able to swim 100 yards freestyle non-stop, tread, and climb in and out of pool repeatedly.
