Through adult group swim instruction, adults 18+ of all experience levels can find their stride. Private and semi-private lessons offer a fully customized approach—perfect for those who want one‑on‑one attention, focused skill development, or tailored aquatic workouts. For those looking to build strength, improve balance, or add low‑impact conditioning to their routine, our Aquatic Fitness & Training sessions and Aquatics Group Exercise Classes (below) offer energizing ways to stay active in the water.

Aquatics Group Exercise Classes (Ages 16+)

Enhance your fitness routine with water‑based workouts that are easy on the joints, yet effective for strength, endurance, and calorie burn.
