About Roni

Roni Lavi is from Kfar Vradim in Northern Israel not far from the Lebanon border. She spent the last three years in the IDF where, as an education officer in the Artillery Corps, she produced major events and projects, and executed an educational conference for high-ranking officials. She was honored with the 2019 Israel President’s Excellence Award at the end of her term.

Roni also worked several years as a summer camp instructor. She also participated in a leadership program called Kol Ami, a 6-month gap year experience for post-high school Israeli and Jewish teens from around the world. The program strives to forge meaningful, and lasting connections among the next generation of Jews who embrace their differences.
