Our priority is providing an excellent, enjoyable and safe experience for you. In order to better serve you and meet your needs, we ask you to adhere to simple rules and guidelines that have been implemented for your safety and well-being. The J staff reserves the right to implement any additional rule or guideline in order to protect the health, experience, safety, and well-being of all facility users and patrons. Any person who fails to comply with these or additional rules implemented by the staff may be asked to leave the fitness center and/or have their membership privileges suspended or canceled. Thank you for your cooperation.

General Etiquette and Rules

  • Please bring your keyfob to scan on every visit. If you do not have this, you’ll be required to show a current photo ID.
  • Proper attire must be worn at all times.
  • Food and drink only allowed in Herky’s J Cafe or other approved building areas.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Profanity, abusive acts or excessive horseplay is not allowed.
  • Abuse of building or equipment is not allowed.
  • Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The J cannot and is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Please lock your car and your locker.
  • No skate shoes, skates, skate boards or motorized vehicles (excludes wheelchairs) allowed.
  • We provide a variety of TV options in our fitness centers.  In other areas we limit programming to news and special events.  The only news station broadcast in our lobbies and locker rooms is HLN (Headline News).  Only authorized J employees may change TV stations.
  • Please do not talk on your cell phone on the fitness floor.
  • Please re-rack your weights when you’re finished using them so they’re ready for the next person.
  • Please be kind enough to wipe off your cardio equipment when you’re finished.
  • Please place your used towels in the laundry bins.
  • Please treat your fellow members respectfully and courteously.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the facility.

Program Registration

  • Registration cannot be completed without payment.
  • In order to receive a member discount on any program or service, a member must remain in good standing for the duration of the program or s/he will be charged the full-price, public rate.
  • Cancellation policies vary by department.
  • Please check the program flyer/brochure or contact the department for details.

Fitness Center

workout

  • No person under the age of 12 is allowed in the Fitness Center.
  • Youth 12 to 16 years of age must successfully complete a youth fitness center orientation offered by the J’s Fitness Staff.
  • It is strongly recommended that individuals receive a thorough physical examination and obtain a physician’s release before beginning an exercise program.
  • Please do not talk on your cell phone on the fitness floor.
  • For the security of your personal belongings and the safety of other members, please keep gym bags, coats, and other personal items locked in a locker in the locker room.
  • Appropriate attire is mandatory at all times. Shirts, workout pants/shorts and fully closed athletic shoes are required. Jeans, sandals of any type, crocs, dress shoes and other inappropriate/unsafe attire are prohibited during exercise.
  • In the event of emergency, alarms and storm warnings, members must follow staff instructions to cease activity and proceed to designated safety zones.
  • The J performs annual fire and weather safety drills during our business hours, we request member cooperation and participation in order to enhance our readiness for emergency situations.
  • No outside or personal fitness equipment may be used in the fitness center.
  • Members are responsible for using the fitness equipment as it was intended to be used.
  • Use clamps or weight collars on free-weight bars. Please use a spotter or ask staff for assistance when needed.
  • Slamming or dropping the weight stacks or free weights is prohibited.
  • Re-rack all weights and return accessory items to appropriate storage areas.
  • Equipment is specifically located in designated areas of the fitness center and the respective specialized studios. Do not alter the arrangement of the equipment or remove equipment from these designated studio areas.
  • It is the responsibility of the member to wipe off all strength and cardio equipment after each use. Cleaning solution and cleaning-towels are located throughout the facility.
  • Please allow other members the opportunity to “work-in” while using the strength machines and free weights. Minimize multi-station circuit workouts during peak usage.
  • Please limit use of the cardiovascular machines to 30 minutes during peak usage. Sign-up sheets are to be used as waiting lists while machines are in use. For additional details, please refer to peak-usage time limit guidelines.
  • Members are allowed to use electrical outlets for personal devices ONLY in designated areas.
  • Food is permitted ONLY in designated areas.
  • Only covered plastic beverage holders and spill proof containers are allowed.
  • Offensive language and/or inappropriate noises are prohibited.
  • For safety and courtesy, cell phones are not allowed in the Fitness or Locker Room areas.
  • Headphones must be worn for personal music devices.
  • Sessions of private instruction or any form of personal training are to be conducted only by employees of the J or their designates. No outside contracting or non-approved private instruction is allowed.

Cardio – Peak Usage Time Limits

  • During the peak times (subject to change) of the fitness center, please limit your workout on cardiovascular equipment to 30 minutes.
  • If after your initial 30 minutes no one has signed the waiting list, you may extend your workout for a longer period of time.
  • However, if after your initial 30 minutes there is someone written on the waiting list, please proceed to a 2-minute cool-down and release the machine to the next person to use.
  • When you sign the waiting list, you must inform the person that is currently on the machine you are requesting, so they can monitor their time and limit themselves to 30 minutes. Waiting lists are posted for each row of cardio equipment.
  • If other machines of ‘like kind’ are open, there is no need to use the waiting list or enforce 30 minute rule.

Mind Body / Group Ex / Pilates Reformer Studios

  • Studios and related equipment are prohibited from general usage without the presence of a J-employed instructor or personal trainer or with management approval.
  • Please be on time to class. You are not permitted to enter after class begins for safety purposes and the courtesy of other members.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to attend a class on your own. A child at least 12 years old may attend if accompanied by an adult.
  • If you are a beginner, new to class or have any physical limitations, please check in with instructor before class to discuss any exercise modifications.
  • Classes are a group activity; we request that you follow the instructor’s routine unless pre-arranged. Instructors provide modifications for varying skill levels except for beginner and advanced classes.
  • Be considerate of other members’ space. Please do not crowd a member who has arrived in the studio before you.
  • Reserving a space for another member is not permitted.
  • Do not enter the studio before the previous class has finished.
  • Upon completion of class, please return equipment to the storage room and vacate the studio promptly for the next class to enter and prepare.
  • Please report any damaged or broken equipment to the instructor.
  • No equipment is to enter or be taken from the studio at any time.
  • Water must be in an enclosed, non-drip container. Food is not permitted.
  • We recommend the use of a towel for all classes. Please return used towels to the towel drop cabinets.
  • Appropriate exercise attire must be worn. Fully enclosed, non-marking, athletic shoes are required – except for specific Mind-Body classes in which barefoot may be acceptable or recommended.
  • Tap shoes are only permitted during designated class time and studio with specialized protective flooring in place.
  • Please remember personal hygiene and refrain from wearing excessive perfume or cologne.
  • Wipe down mats, steps or other equipment after use.
  • Please leave your gym bag or large personal items in the locker room. Cubby storage is provided for small items such as a jacket or warm-up attire.
  • In consideration of other members, turn all cell phones and pagers to silent mode. If it is necessary that you answer the phone, please do so outside of the studio to prevent class disruption.
  • If you have to leave class early, please take the time to cool down for safety purposes and then exit quietly.

Circuit Studio

  • Only staff will be responsible for opening or closing the sliding glass doors. Doors are intended to be kept open for general usage. Doors will be closed for programs and reserved workout times.
  • Scheduled programs or reserved workout times will take priority over general usage.
  • Scheduled programs are instructional based activities or classes lead by approved and certified J Fitness staff.
  • Reserved workout times will be scheduled to for gender specific privacy.
  • Scheduled activities and reserved usage workout times are subject to change.
  • Scheduled activities will be arranged by Fitness management for member groups.
  • Individual requests for private workout times must be approved ONLY by Fitness management. Please do not request Fitness Floor attendants or Personal Trainers to close the doors at random times.
  • Staff will respect the privacy of program and gender-specific workout times; however, reserve the right to enter the studio for emergencies or necessary situations when the same gender staff is not available.
  • All other Fitness Center rules and guidelines apply to the Circuit Studio.

Cycle Studio

  • Cycle bikes are not allowed for general usage without the presence of an instructor or with management approval.
  • New Cycle participants should arrive 10 minutes early to class in order to receive proper instruction and safety procedures from the instructor.
  • Expecting mothers or persons with cardiovascular problems are required to wear a heart rate monitor for their safety and receive a physician’s release specifically for Cycle and high intensity interval training.
  • Participants are required to bring a water bottle and towel to class.
  • Appropriate exercise attire required. Padded cycling shorts are recommended for added comfort.
  • Stiff soled, fully enclosed athletic shoes, or cycling shoes with SPD cleats are required.
  • Participants are responsible for wiping down the bike with disinfectant following each class.
  • Cycle bikes should not be modified with personally-owned equipment (saddles, pedals, etc). Only padded seat covers are allowed.
  • Report any suspected damage of the Cycle bikes to the instructor and/or management.
  • Members must stop by the Fitness desk no earlier than 30 minutes prior to class to reserve a bike. Bikes will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • No phone reservations will be accepted nor can you reserve a bike for another individual.

Swimming Pool Rules

Lane Swimming

  • When the pool is busy, swim lanes will be shared.
  • Two swimmers should split the lane, swimming side by side.
  • Three of more swimmers should circle swim counterclockwise.
  • Lifeguards may assist you with selecting the appropriate lane or ask you to move if your speed is not similar to those in your lane.
  • Enter the water feet first from the shallow end. It is the responsibility of the swimmer entering the water to make sure the lane is clear of other swimmers.
  • Slower swimmers must yield to faster swimmers.
  • Be aware of your space in the lane and the orientation of others. If you are approaching the wall and another lap swimmer is gaining on you and swimming at a faster pace, pause at the wall to allow the faster swimmer to pass.
  • Pass on the left side. If you are the slower swimmer and are being overtaken at the turn, stop and wait until the other swimmer has pushed off the wall.
  • A pass must be initiated in time to overtake the slower swimmer before the wall.
  • When using kickboards, please be aware of other swimmers in your lane and their need to pass.

Circle Swimming

  • Swimmers are required to follow the circle swim pattern. The customary traffic pattern is to stay to the right; that is to swim in a counterclockwise circle in the lane.
  • It is the responsibility of the swimmer entering the lane to be sure that all other swimmers in that lane are aware of their presence and the necessary traffic pattern.
  • Always swim complete laps. Avoid stopping in the middle of the lane; this can interfere with the progress of other swimmers and cause collisions.
  • Stop only at the wall and once stopped, stay in the corner of the lane, preferably in the left hand corner (from the perspective of the approach of the wall). Other lap swimmers need space to turn, always leave the middle third of the water clear for turning purposes.

General Pool Rules

  • Proper swim attire is required.
  • Please obey lifeguard at all times. The lifeguard has final authority.
  • In the event of lightning or bad weather, the pool will be closed and will reopen 30 minutes from the time of the last lightning sighting. All guests must leave the pool decks and head inside the J building at this time.
  • No outside food or drink is allowed.
  • Sessions of instruction or any form of aquatics training are to be conducted only by employees of the J or their designates. No outside contracting or non-approved private instruction is allowed.
  • Children under eight years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If the child is a non-swimmer, an adult must be in the water with the child.
  • Swimmers are to shower before entering the pools.
  • Admission shall be refused to all persons having any contagious disease, infectious conditions such as colds, fever, ringworm, foot infections, skin lesions, diarrhea, vomiting, inflamed eyes, ear discharges or any other condition which has the appearance of being infectious.
  • Persons with excessive sunburn, abrasions that have not healed, corn plasters, bunion pads, adhesive tape, rubber bandages, or having any considerable area of exposed sub-epidermal tissue, open blisters, cuts, etc., should be warned that these are likely to become infected and advised not to enter the swimming pool.
  • Persons with incontinence should wear protective undergarments. Children who are not toilet-trained must wear swim diapers.
  • Running, pushing, obscene language, rough play and prolonged breath holding is prohibited.
  • Starting blocks are for swim team and lesson-use only.
  • Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose, etc., in the pool or gutters is strictly prohibited.
  • Furniture is not allowed in the water.
  • Sitting on the half-wall in the warm water recreational pool is not allowed.
  • No food, drink or glass containers allowed on deck.
  • Flotation devices, ball throwing, etc. may be restricted.
  • Diving is permitted in designated areas only.
    • All riders on this slide must be supervised by a parent or other responsible adult.
    • Non-swimmers are not permitted on the slide.
    • Maximum rider weight is 100 pounds.
    • Maximum rider height is 48”.
    • Only one rider at a time.
    • Absolutely no trains or chains of riders are permitted.
    • Follow the instructions of the slide lifeguard at all times.
    • Wait until splashdown landing area is clear before entering or going down the slide. Leave the landing zone promptly after coming to a complete stop.
    • Riders must enter the slide in a sitting position and wait for instructions from the lifeguard stationed at the Kiddie Slide.
    • Riders should sit up while riding the slide with the arms resting on their lap. Riders should not stand up or lie down while using the slide. All riders must go down the slide feet first. At no time should the rider attempt to stand up while on the slide or prior to coming to a complete stop in the splash out area.
    • Arms and hands must remain inside the flume.
    • No combs or foreign objects are allowed in pockets, and no jewelry can be worn while riding the slide. No cutoff jeans or swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation; only approved swim suits allowed.
    • No tubes or mats are permitted on the waterslide.
    • Riders must be in good health. Elderly persons, those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or persons using prescription medications should consult their physician before using this slide. Individuals with medical conditions including, but not limited to, pregnancy, heart or back problems should not ride.
    • Do not use this slide while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    • No diving from the slide.

Kiddie Slide Rules

Large Slide

  • All riders must be at the least 48” tall.
  • Maximum rider weight is 300 pounds.
  • Riders must enter the slide in a sitting position and wait for instructions from the lifeguard at the top of the slide.
  • Splash down area must be clear before sliding.
  • Riders must lie on their backs at all times. Do not sit up while riding the slide.
  • Do not pull or propel yourself into the ride.
  • No combs or foreign objects are allowed in pockets and no jewelry can be worn while riding the slide. No cutoff jeans or swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation; only approved swim suits allowed.
  • Do not go down the slide head first.
  • No running, standing, kneeling, rotating, tumbling or stopping in the flume. Arms and hands must remain inside the flume at all times. Riders should remain in proper riding position until forward movement is terminated. At no time should the rider attempt to stand up while on the slide or prior to coming to a complete stop in the splash out area.
  • Only one rider at a time. Absolutely no trains or chains of riders are permitted.
  • No tubes, mats, or life jackets are permitted on the water slide.
  • Riders must be in good health. Elderly persons, those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or persons using prescription medication should consult their physician before using this slide. Individuals with medical conditions including, but not limited to, pregnancy, heart or back problems should not ride.
  • Do not use this slide while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • No diving from the slide.
  • Leave the splash down area promptly after entering.
  • Non-swimmers are not permitted.
  • Rider assumes all risk of injury due to misuse of this slide or failure to follow these rules.

AquaClimb Rules

  • Lifeguard must be on duty.
  • Experienced swimmers only.
  • Only one climber at a time on the AquaClimb.
  • Only one swimmer at a time in the Drop Zone.
  • No diving. Feet-first entries only.
  • Exit pool using the ladder at the side of pool.
  • Flotation devices are not permitted.

Whirlpool Rules

  • Use at your own risk.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use the whirlpool.
  • Bathing, shaving, washing and swimming are prohibited.
  • Suggested usage is a maximum of 15 minutes.
  • Women’s Whirlpool capacity is 5, Men’s Whirlpool capacity is 9.
  • WARNING: those who have hypertension, heart conditions, are pregnant or are prone to pulmonary infections should consult their physician before using whirlpool.

Saunas & Steam

  • Use at your own risk.
  • Use by children under the age of 16 is prohibited.
  • Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy or sleepy. Staying too long in a sauna is capable of causing overheating.
  • Check with a doctor before use if pregnant, in poor health or under medical care.
  • Breathing heater air in conjunction with consumption of alcohol, drugs or medication is capable of causing unconsciousness.
  • Do not place combustible material on heater at any time.

Gym/Track Rules

  • Proper attire must be worn. No street shoes and shirts may be worn at any time.
  • Food, drink, gum or smoking is not allowed (only water in non-glass container).
  • Profanity, abusive acts or excessive horseplay is not allowed.
  • Abuse of building or equipment is not allowed.
  • Scheduled activities take precedence over other activities.
  • Violation of these rules may result in removal from the facility.
  • No strollers, skate shoes, skates, skate boards or motorized vehicles allowed.

Gym-Specific Rules

  • No hanging on rims/nets of basketball/volleyball equipment.
  • Any intentional misuse of any balls and equipment is not allowed.
  • Sessions of private instruction or any form of personal training are to be conducted only by employees of the J or their designates. No outside contracting or non-approved private instruction is allowed.

Track-Specific Rules

  • Use caution when entering and leaving the track and when passing others.
  • No standing on track for gym observation when open for use.
  • Keep to the inside lane. Call out “passing” when passing.
  • Always pass to the outside.
  • Two abreast is allowed, but must be considerate of passers.

Men’s Basketball Check-out

  • You must leave one of the following at the front desk:
    • J Membership Card
    • Another form of photo identification (driver’s license, student ID, etc.)
    • Car keys
    • Other personal belonging
  • Upon return of the correct basketball, the front desk staff will return guests’ card or belongings.
  • All basketballs must be returned by closing time on the same day it is checked out.
    • If the basketball is not returned by closing time, it will be considered lost or stolen and the individual will be charged the retail replacement cost.
  • Basketballs are checked out on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be reserved.

Gym Reservation (applies only to Creve Coeur location)

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 12:00 – 1:00pm, one court is reserved for 40+ Men’s Basketball Pick-Up Games Full Court. Priority is given to any male member 40 years of age and older. Priority is defined as if 10 people are there 40 and over, they have rights to court/game. Any less, can be filled by any other member to get to 5 on 5. No exceptions.
    • The other court is Open Basketball, based on first-come, first-served basis.
  • Tuesday and Thursday, from 12:00 – 1:00pm, one court is reserved for 18 – 39 year old Men’s Basketball Pick-Up Games Full Court. Priority is given to any male member ages 18 – 39. Priority is defined as if 10 people are there in this age group, they have rights to court/game. Any less, can be filled by any other member to get to 5 on 5. No exceptions.
    • The other court is Open Basketball, based on first-come, first-served basis.

Rules of the Game

  • Games are played to 11 (must win by 2). Baskets are scored by 1’s only.
  • With 14 or less players, rotations should be made every 4 baskets made.
  • If 15 or more players are present, first five players will be the team in waiting and will play the winner of the preceding game. All subsequent players will follow suit (picking up any age eligible-available players from either losing team or maxed out winning team).
  • Winners cannot stay on the court for longer than 2 games.
  • If the group present chooses to keep score and rotate in a way different than above and there are no objections, they may choose to do so.

Court Sport (Racquetball/Squash) Rules

  • Only J Members may reserve a court. Courts may be reserved two days in advance. Health Club members may reserve a court three days in advance (i.e. members may reserve a court for Wednesday on Monday, Health Club member may reserve a court for Wednesday on Sunday).
  • Courts are reserved on the :45 beginning at 5:45am Monday – Friday and on the :15 beginning at 7:15am Saturday and Sunday. Play is limited to one hour per day per person.
  • Courts are reserved through the J Front Desk by phone (314.432.5700) or in person. Members scan code or membership number must be provided in order to make a reservation with the J Front Desk. Reservations can also be made online.
  • One player must check in (in person) with the front desk before playing. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of court and be considered a no show if not checked in.
  • Courts not claimed by reservation ten minutes after the start of the reservation time will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the court.
  • All players must wear protective eye gear when playing on the courts.
  • Courts are only to be used for Racquetball, Handball, Squash and approved J programming.
  • Play on Monday-Friday after 3:15 and on weekends are reserved for two or more players.
  • No black-soled shoes on racquetball/handball or squash courts.

GameZone General Rules

  • Must be a jGamer to enter the jGame Zone. To become a jGamer:
    • A person, 12 years or older, must successfully complete the complimentary orientation offered by the fitness staff to be able to use the studio unsupervised.
    • A person 5-11 years of age must be supervised by an adult who has completed orientation or be supervised by approved J staff in a structured program or event.
  • A jGamer can use the zone during general zone hours. General hours may be subject to change due to special programs and/or events. See schedule for specific dates and times of the zone’s special programs and/or events.
  • A jGamer must obtain a jGame Zone pass each time he or she enters the jGame Zone. To obtain a pass:
    • The jGamer will present his or her ID or J membership card to the fitness front desk employee.
    • The fitness front desk employee will keep the jGamers card while he or she is in the zone. In return, the jGamer will receive a numbered jGame pass.
    • The jGamer must sign in on the “jGame Zone Daily Sign In” sheet. The jGamer will sign his or her name, time, the equipment he or she is signing out and the pass number.
  • jGamers will be asked to present his or her jGame pass. Failure to present a pass will result in suspension or loss of the zone’s privileges.
  • If the room has reached capacity, the jGamer must wait to sign in and receive a jGame pass. There are only 20 jGame passes available for distribution.
  • Time in the jGame Zone may be limited to an hour if the room’s capacity has been reached and there is a waiting list.
  • Sign-up sheets are to be used as a waiting list for each interactive game. Please limit the use of any individual interactive stations to 15 minutes during peak times.
  • The jGamer is responsible for the equipment he or she checked out until he or she signs it back in or accurately transfer the equipment to a fellow jGamer. How to successfully transfer equipment:
    • The jGamers must record any transfer on the “jGame Zone Transfer” sheet located in the jGame Zone.
    • Both the transferor and the transferee must sign his or her name, the equipment being transferred and time of transferal.
  • Upon leaving, the jGamer will return the pass, record time of departure, and return the equipment he or she checked out or document transferal activity. The jGamer will collect his or her card.
  • Members are responsible for using the interactive equipment as it was intended to be used. Instruction will be given during the orientation.
  • Special programs and private parties may rent the jGame Zone. All special programs or rentals must be approved and scheduled by the jGame Zone manager. Please see the Front Desk for rental procedures.
  • Special programs and rentals must be supervised by a J fitness-approved employee.
  • Special programs and private party attendees must adhere to the above rules unless otherwise noted. For example: program personnel or the private party coordinator will have the discretion to determine age requirements. Program or private party attendants do not have to be a jGamer.
  • All other Fitness Center rules and guidelines apply to the jGameZone.

KidZone

  • Children age 6 weeks to 7 years are welcome.
  • KidZone child-supervision service is available free only to children under the same Family or Single Parent membership of the parent/guardian.
  • Drop-in fees are subject to daily pass criteria.
  • There is a 2-hour maximum stay per child. Parent/guardian (of same Family or Single Parent membership) must remain in the building or on outdoor J property.
  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in the babysitting room or by calling the specific KidZone location:
  • Limited space is available.
  • Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy for other members that may be on a waiting list, please cancel any reservation by 8:30 am the day of your reservation. If you do not cancel your reservation by 8:30am, you will have to pay a no-show fee of $6 per child for the time that you had reserved and did not use. The no-show fee must be paid before you will be allowed to continue to use the KidZone service.
  • Check-In Procedures: Prior to each visit, parents are required to check-in at the front desk to verify membership status. Children will NOT be allowed to enter the KidZone unless the family or single parent membership is approved by the front desk or membership staff. Upon approval, proceed to the KidZone Room. Parent/guardian must sign-in at the KidZone room.
  • Check-out Procedures: Parent/guardian are required to sign out their child. Parent/guardian are also required to show a picture ID to pick up their child. For child safety and security, the parent that drops off the child MUST be the same parent/guardian that picks up the child or be pre-arranged with the KidZone staff at the time of check-in.
  • Emergency Information Card: Must be on file for each child using the KidZone service.
  • Label Items: All personal items that are brought to KidZone MUST be labeled with child’s name. This includes snacks, bottles/cups, diaper bags, extra clothing, etc.
  • Snacks: For hygiene and food allergy safety, food is not permitted in KidZone. Beverages in a spill proof container are acceptable.
  • Bottles: We will do our best to give bottles to the younger children if needed. We ask that, if possible, you feed your child prior to leaving them in the KidZone. A private room is located in the family locker room for breast feeding.
  • Extra Clothes: It is recommended to bring an extra change of clothes for those children new to using the toilets.
  • Diapers: Parents should change their child’s diaper prior to leaving them. The staff will change soiled diapers. Please bring diapers and wipes with your child. We DO NOT supply diapers or wipes.
  • Behavior: If a child cries for longer than 15 minutes, the staff will call for the parent. Parents must come to get their child IMMEDIATELY. If a child displays unacceptable behavior, the parent/guardian may be contacted to assist with the situation.
  • Illness: If a child becomes ill, the KidZone staff will call for the parent/guardian to come and pick up their child. Please allow 24 Hours to pass before returning a child to the babysitting room if a child has been ill, had vomiting, fever, chills or diarrhea.
  • Medication: No medication will be administered by KidZone or other J staff.

Fox Early Childhood Playground

  • The playground is open to members on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 4pm.
  • The playground is only open to members.
  • Members can only access the playground through the gate(s) in the parking lot. Members CANNOT access the playground through the Early Childhood Center.
  • The playground may be reserved for J programs at times.
  • No food or drink is allowed on the playground.
