J Day Camps are the place for your family. Every child is welcome at the J, and our camps feature the activities kids love most – like swimming, sports, gymnastics and arts.
Study after study supports what camp directors have been saying for decades: Camp does kids a world of good. Summer camp provides a platform for children to strengthen their soft skills. Self-confidence and self-reliance are the foundation of what great camps provide. These pillars offer support for campers to make new friends, develop and improve skills such as swimming foster creativity and promote physical activity. Camp is a face-to-face community, giving campers daily practice dealing with real situations and experiencing a range of emotions. Campers learn through friendship, teamwork, working through new experiences, and a lot of success.

Camp Sabra Sleepaway Camp
Spend a Life-Changing Summer on the Staenberg Peninsula in the Ozarks
Camp Sabra is a premier Jewish residential (sleepaway) camp, located on the Staenberg Peninsula at the Lake of the Ozarks. We welcome campers entering third through tenth grades. In a natural and beautiful setting on three miles of private shoreline, Camp Sabra offers sailing, water skiing, tubing, outdoor sports, theatre, campfires, challenge courses and SO much more!

School Break Camps and Vacation Days
When School is Out, The J is In!
Vacation Days (SFC)
Your child can spend their days off at the J with friends and engage in a variety of activities (like swimming, games, crafts, and sports recreation) at the Staenberg Family Complex in Creve Coeur. Vacation Days run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on days when local school districts are not in session – holidays and snow days. Before and after-care options are available, too. Vacation Days are for kids in grades K-6.
School Break Camps (SFC and FOX)
Not hitting the road for Spring or Winter Break? Check out our School Break Camps at the J! Your kids will spend spring break participating in activities such as numerous sports, arts and crafts, cooking, games, swimming, and much more! Be sure to bring a towel, lunch, swimsuit and towel.
Before-care and after-care options are also available for all Vacation Days and School Break Camps.

The Club After-School Programming
Join The Club, the after-school advantage!
The Club, the J’s after-school enrichment program, offers educational, fun, and diverse activities in a safe environment. The Club serves students at Willow Brook Elementary and Remington School at the Staenberg Family Complex in Creve Coeur and students at Ascension School and Wild Horse Elementary at the Marilyn Fox Building in Chesterfield.

KidZone Babysitting
We’ll care for your child while you work out!
When you want to work out and need someone to watch the kids, we’re here to help! We offer childcare services for kids ages six weeks to 12 years through KidZone. Available at no cost for Family Memberships.
