Senior Friendly Group Exercise Schedules
The J offers a variety of low-impact classes that are great for aching joints and muscles that need a boost. With at least four low-impact classes every day of the week, including Tai Chi, Cycle, and Tango, there is a class for every level of fitness. Check out the schedules below!
Senior Friendly class schedules effective May 1, 2024: Creve Coeur | Chesterfield
RSVP & Waitlist Policy: RSVP’d members will have a five-minute grace period from the time Group Exercise class begins. If you are more than five minutes late for class, and there is a waitlist, a waitlisted member will be allowed to join the class in your place.
