To ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all members, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Class Reservations

All group exercise classes require an online reservation.

Reservations may be made up to 48 hours in advance.

Reservations may be canceled up to one hour before the start of class.

Members are required to cancel their reservations if they are unable to attend the class.

Repeated no-shows may result in temporary restrictions on future class reservations.

On-Time Arrival

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
-
Late arrivals are permitted up to five minutes after the scheduled start time for classes that are not full.

For full classes, at the start of class, any unclaimed class spots will be released to waitlisted members then walk-ins.

Members who arrive after five minutes of the start of class will not be permitted entry to the class.

Group Exercise 25 participants.

Mind Body: 18 participants.

Cycle: 15 participants

Participation Guidelines
-
Members must bring their own water bottles to class.
-
Member must wear attire and footwear appropriate to the activities performed in class.

Members must sanitize their equipment before and after class.
-
Fitness Studio Use: Studios are only for use when an instructor or trainer is present. This includes entering a studio early to set up equipment or staying after a session to stretch. In all situations, a trainer or instructor must be present. For safety and security reasons, working out alone in a studio is not permitted under any circumstances. Studios will be locked between sessions when they are not in use.
