Mobility Express: Flexibility Training
Mobility and flexibility is a critical component of physical performance and is equally important for your overall health. Simply “stretching” may not be enough or as effective as the techniques trainers can offer. In a series of 15-minute sessions, our trainers employ a variety of partner-assisted stretching and foam rolling techniques to maximize your results.

Try the Tri – Indoor Triathlon Training
Let our professional personal trainers guide you in a small group setting as you train for the J’s own Indoor Triathlon (Feb. 9-10), helping you achieve the goals of getting faster, stronger and staying injury free throughout the process. We welcome all, from new to experienced triathletes. Avoid the pitfalls of training by making sure the muscles used for each segment – swim, bike and run – stay strong and flexible using tools such as bands, foam rollers, weights, BAPs boards & more. This program does not include time in the pool.

Better Balance – An OASIS Program
Improve your balance and reduce the risk of falling through a multi-dimensional fitness approach that improves muscle strength, flexibility, range of motion and confidence. This course is based on the premise that activity is the antidote to many aging problems including declining balance. Participants enroll for the complete program upon registration.
