High School Basketball League

9th-12th grade. We welcome team signups and accommodate individual signups based on availability. Each team must have a coach who is at least 21 years old. Depending on enrollment, we create separate boys’ and girls’ divisions. The league includes eight thrilling games, with the option to add practice space and team jerseys for additional costs. Games are scheduled on weekends and weeknights at both J locations. Don’t miss out—team registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Get ready to have fun, improve your skills, and enjoy the camaraderie of basketball!

Summer Athlete Skills Mini-Camps

12-15 years. Camps designed for young athletes eager to sharpen their skills and enhance their performance. These weekly camps offer a dynamic and engaging environment to focus on key fundamentals across various sports.

Youth Fitness Center Orientation

12-15 years. This orientation teaches common fitness terminology, the fundamentals of exercise, and proper equipment use so the fitness center can be used by the younger members of your family. Topics include how to operate equipment, performing basic exercises safely and effectively, and gym etiquette. It is advised for the youth participants to get consent from their physician prior to engaging in an exercise program.

Assisted Stretching

12+ Years.Flexibility is a critical component of physical performance and is equally important for your overall health. Simply “stretching” may not be enough or as effective as the techniques trainers can offer. In a series of 15-minute sessions, our trainers can employ a variety of partner-assisted stretching and foam rolling techniques to maximize your results. Benefits may include:  improved physical performance, improved posture and range of motion, decreased deterioration of joints, reduced risk of injury, improved muscle coordination, and overall movement.

Assisted stretching is purchased in bundles of four sessions.

Pilates Reformer Training

12+ Years. The Pilates Reformer is specialized equipment used to perform the Pilates Method. This unique set of exercises lengthens and tones muscles while strengthening the body’s core. The Reformer provides resistance to build strength, develop proper alignment, and tone muscles without adding bulk or unnecessary stress and can challenge all fitness levels.
