Court Schedules How to Reserve a Court

Ping pong, also known as table tennis, is a fast-paced paddle sport played on a table divided by a net, where players rally a lightweight ball back and forth using quick reflexes, precision, and strategy. It’s an accessible, low-impact activity that improves hand-eye coordination, balance, and mental focus while providing plenty of friendly competition.
