Group Ex Pop-up Class: High Fitness with Mackenzie, Karalee, Sarah

Join us for a new pop-up class this summer! These classes are a selection of the latest workout formats and new instructors designed to introduce members to more group ex opportunities at the J. These classes are great for beginners and those looking to try something new. Attend as many classes as you’d like!
Saturday, June 25, 8am: High Fitness with McKenzie, Karalee and Sarah (SFC Day Camp Pavilion)
This simple, intense, consistent, inclusive and fun class takes old-school aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques such as H.I.I.T. training, plyometrics, intervals of strength and cardio, and more. Leg warmers and leotards optional!
Sunday, June 26, 8:30am: Zumba with Debbie Barash (SFC Day Camp Pavilion)
Feel the music! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music featuring aerobic/fitness interval training with fast and slow rhythms. Join Debbie outside and start your weekend off dancing!
Saturday, July 2, 8am: Down “Dog” Yoga with John Larson (SFC Day Camp Pavilion)
Yoga with your dog. This class is a wonderful way to get some exercise for you and your pooch, and it will be much more fun than doing yoga by yourself. Even though dogs cannot do the majority of the normal yoga poses, they will enjoy the stretching, some aspects of pet massage and soothing energy for which yoga sessions are famous. Bring your dog 30 minutes early to socialize with the other dogs and to release some excitement before class starts. Proof of full vaccination and waivers required for pooch participation.
Sunday, July 3, 9am: Bolly X Dance Fitness with Echo Adhikari and Jyostna Asavarala (SFC Day Camp Pavilion)
Incorporates a variety of dance styles and music: Bhangra, pop, folk, Bollywood, and TONS of rockstar swag to have you shaking your hips and working up a sweat! Join Echo and our newest Bolly-X instructor, Jo, and be prepared to sweat and have a fun time in the process.
