We - the St. Louis Jewish Community - stand with the Israeli people today, tomorrow, and always. On October 7, we will provide space for our community to gather, mourn and stand together in support of Israel. Monday, October 7 Doors open: 6pm Program to begin: 7pm The program will be at a convenient location. The exact location will be shared before the event. No cost to attend. Ages 9-12 Comic Creators will learn how to take their own ideas and build incredible stories using the medium of comics. Taught in a large group setting, each creator will get to work on an individual project of their choosing to present at the end of the course. Students may choose to create their projects using pen and paper media or digital media. Teachers of this course bring knowledge about creative planning/storytelling, design planning, and traditional and digital art.

Families with children. Join the Family Center, our Early Childhood Center, PJ Library, and all our friends for a special Sukkot spectacular. We will gather for a Sukkot open house with a petting zoo and activities, both family-friendly and exciting for adults alike. Join us for 10 rounds of general trivia as we raise money to benefit Camp Sabra! We will have your normal trivia, plus raffles, mulligans for purchase, and so much more between rounds. Bring food, drinks, and friends to the Helene Mirowitz Performing Arts and Banquet Center on Saturday, October 26, 2024 for a night of fun and philanthropy. We will accept cash and credit cards.
