Take the J’s 100 Day Fitness Challenge and make 2020 happy and healthy!

Set one goal and achieve it! Take our 2020 100 Day Fitness Challenge featuring Myzone®! This year’s contest is designed to cultivate a healthy workout habit that will keep you motivated for the entire year. Challenge yourself to as many workouts as possible during the 100 days. That’s all you have to do. Every qualifying workout* gives you an entry to win our grand prize. We want J members to feel and look fantastic this year, so with this challenge and our support, you’ll be set for a happy and healthy 2020.
Please note that this isn’t a weight loss challenge, per se – just committing to work out multiple times each week will make you feel like a winner. But as this is a challenge, in addition to our grand prize, we’ll also be awarding prizes for greatest percentage of body weight lost and greatest reduction in body fat percent.
Our challenge consists of four, 25-day quarters. These shorter segments allow you to accomplish short term goals resulting in feeling great about your successes more often as you achieve your 100-day goal! Within these segments we will have achievable mini-challenges (and prizes!). Join our new Facebook private group to get of fitness, health, and nutrition advice along with regular Challenge updates to provide even more support.
How to Participate:
All J members* who use Myzone will be entered automatically. We’ll track your workouts through your Myzone monitor during the challenge dates. Each qualifying workout* will earn you an entry into our grand prize drawing. Periodically, winners will be chosen at random from qualified participants to win a free month of membership and other prizes!
*Qualifying workouts require 10 full, consecutive minutes in the blue effort level or higher as recorded by your Myzone fitness monitor. Only one move per day will be entered into the drawing. Maximum of 100 entries.
Our staff will measure body fat percentage and weight at the beginning and end of the challenge. Weekly measurements are not required to participate; however, we want to give you the opportunity to monitor your progress. You can:
- Weigh in and check your body fat percentage a minimum of twice every quarter (8x throughout the 100 Days) at the Fitness Desk

All members who have a Myzone monitor will be entered into the 100 Day Fitness Challenge for no additional fee.
We will award one grand prize based on your qualifying workouts*. We will also award prizes for the following categories:
- Greatest percentage of body weight lost
- Greatest reduction in body fat percent
- Quarterly mini-challenges (we’ll announce as we go!)
- $1000 vacation voucher
