Take the J’s 100 Day Fitness Challenge and make 2018 happy and healthy!

Set one goal and achieve it! Take our 2018 100 Day Fitness Challenge featuring MYZONE®! This year’s contest is designed to cultivate a healthy workout habit that will keep you motivated for the entire year. Take the challenge and commit to as many workouts as possible during the 100 days. That’s all you have to do. Every qualifying workout* gives you a chance to win. We want J members to feel and look fantastic this year, so with this challenge and our support, you’ll be set for a happy and healthy 2018.
Please note that this isn’t a weight loss challenge, per se – just committing to work out multiple times each week will make you feel like a winner. But we know that positive, visible changes are motivating, so we’ll reward those, too.
How to Participate:
All J members* who use MYZONE will be entered automatically. We’ll track your workouts through your MYZONE monitor during the challenge dates. Each qualifying workout* will earn you an entry into our grand prize drawing. Periodically, winners will be chosen at random from qualified participants to win a free month of membership and other prizes!
*Qualifying workouts require 10 full, consecutive minutes in the blue effort level or higher as recorded by your MYZONE fitness monitor. Only one move per day will be entered into the drawing. Maximum of 100 entries.
Our staff will measure body fat percentage, weight, waist-to-hip ratio and BMI at the beginning and end of the challenge. Weekly measurements are not required to participate; however, we want to give you the opportunity to monitor your progress. You can:
- Weigh in at the Fitness Desk weekly
- Check your body fat and waist-to-hip ratios monthly at the Fitness Desk (February 11-17, March 11-17)

All members who have a MYZONE monitor will be entered into the 100 Day Fitness Challenge for no additional fee.
We will award one grand prize based on your qualifying workouts*. We will also award prizes for the following categories:
- Greatest percentage of body weight lost
- Greatest reduction in body fat percent
- Greatest change in waist-to-hip ratio
- Weekly mini-challenges (we’ll announce as we go!)
- $1000 travel voucher
- one month of free membership dues
