Pilates is a method of conditioning developed more than 90 years ago. It uses resistance and your body’s weight to increase strength, lengthen muscles, increase flexibility and strengthen your core. The J offers Pilates to both members and non-members, so anyone can take advantage of our certified teachers and state-of-the-art facilities. The J houses a fully-equipped Pilates studio at each location to better offer both private and group sessions at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
