2nd Annual J Powerlifting Competition

Ages 12 and older. Participate in the J’s powerlifting competition this fall. This event is a push/pull challenge, featuring variation of two lifts – bench press and deadlift. Men’s and women’s divisions with multiple ages and two weight classes, to be determined based on enrollment. Medals will be awarded for top three finishers and for best overall lifter in each division. This is a non-sanctioned event. Bring your family and friends to support you and cheer you on!
