Dr. Sharon Vermont is a pediatrician who specializes in transgender health and works with children, teens and young adults who have gender concerns. Join Nishmah for our final Salon of the Year as Dr. Vermont discusses how and when to discuss the topic of gender with children.

Nishmah’s Salons are intimate, facilitated discussions on topics of interest to Jewish women. Preselected media, such as articles or videos, frequently help to incite and frame the conversation.
