Congratulations on completing the 100 Day Fitness Challenge! Your commitment to your fitness was impressive, and our staff is applauding your effort!

We’re calculating all of the data for your qualifying workouts and finalizing all of the entries for the grand prizes. We will announce our grand prize winners next week!

In the meantime, we’ve noticed that a few of you may need a little more time to record your final weight and body fat percentage. You can stop by the fitness desks at either J location until the end of the day on Friday, April 27 to record those numbers.

Final Weekly Health Tips

1. Substitute whole wheat for “white” carbs. Look for products that list “wheat flour” on their ingredients list – not “whole wheat flour” or “100% whole wheat flour.” Or – substitute quinoa in your sides, wraps and more!

2. Make the most of your J membership and Myzone! We like seeing you at the J, and we want to do whatever we can to help you stay healthy and happy. Make sure to plan your weekly visits to the J, and if you hit a roadblock on your journey, reach out to our fitness staff! They’re here to help – and they love doing it!
