In celebration of the opening of our NEW Mind/Body Studio at the Marilyn Fox Building, we will be offering two class-sampler events on Sunday, February 2, and Monday, February 3. Members and their guests are invited to sample one or more of our class offerings in this brand-new studio, meet our talented team of instructors, and mingle with fellow members of the community.
We will have refreshments and photo ops for all participants. Sample classes include yoga, TRX, Mat Pilates, Barre Fusion, Stretch, and more!
No registration required. We hope to celebrate with you on February 2 and 3!
