Malter Family Rosh Hashanah Recipe
Spinach Noodle Kugel (Pareve)
Ingredients:
1 – 8 oz. bag of Kluski noodles
2 – 10 oz. boxes of frozen chopped spinach
1 package of dry onion soup
6 Tbsp. Fleischmann (green, pareve) soft
8 oz. frozen Coffee Rich, defrosted
1 – 8 oz. can of mushrooms, drained
Cook and drain noodles according to package directions. Add margarine and onion soup to warm noodles. Then add mushrooms and Coffee Rich. Bake in an ungreased 9×13 pan. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes. Serve.
