Congratulations Polar BodyAge Challengers! We’re excited to announce the final results of the Polar BodyAge Challenge and to congratulate all of those who saw results from their hard work!
You did it! We are so proud of all of you who stuck with us these last 8 weeks and committed to a healthier lifestyle and a healthier you! You kicked 2016 off right, and we want you to continue this trend through the rest of the year. Here are three thoughts that I am going to leave you with that I want you to think about every day when you wake up.
Love Your Body and Love Yourself.
Having the confidence and positive mental health about your body is a great way to stay motived about your workout regimen. Silence that inner critic and don’t be afraid to strut your stuff at the gym!
If you take care of your body, your body will take care of you.
They human body is a machine and, like any machine, it wants to function and perform at the highest level. You only have one body, so treat it right!
If you don’t take care of yourself first, how can you take care of everyone else that leans on you.
It is okay to be selfish for your fitness. Stepping away from your everyday responsibilities to have a little “you” time is the best thing you can do for yourself and all those who rely on you. You are the foundation, and you need to make sure that foundation stays strong while it holds everything else on top of it.
Even if you didn’t hit your goals during this challenge, the great news is there is still 44 weeks left this year to achieve them! Keep working hard and stay motivated. Congratulations to our top challengers. Your hard work will inspire others to keep going! Again, we are so proud of everyone that entered this challenge and stuck with it.
To Your Health in 2016!
