The J is extending some offers of relief to furloughed government workers.

For as long as the government remains shut down, the J will offer free membership to workers with a current, government-issued ID and their families, including our current members. Once the government re-opens, any new families can choose whether or not to remain members, and if they choose to leave, may do so without penalty. “We really feel for these families, and this is something we could do to help,” said Lynn Wittels, President & CEO. “We know there are current members of the J community who are affected, and our goal is to alleviate this one burden for them.”

This offer is good for both J locations – Creve Coeur and Chesterfield. Inquiries can be made by calling the membership department at 314.442.3124.
