The J is calling for donations of books for its Winter Used Book Sale. Books can be dropped off at the J’s Arts & Education Building, 2 Millstone Campus Drive, in Creve Coeur, Monday through Friday (9am – 4pm). Books need to be in good condition and can be in any category. The Used Book Sale will not accept encyclopedias or text books if they are more than 5 years old.

Preview Day: Sunday, 10am – 4pm (first day only: $10 at the door)
Monday – Wednesday, 10am – 7pm
Thursday, 10am – 6pm (Bag Day: fill a bag for $5)
The opening day $10 fee helps underwrite expenses for the sale. Books are priced from 50 cents to $3. Special books—collectibles, art books, antique books—are priced as marked. Ticket sales will begin at 9 a.m. on Sunday, January 29. Doors open at 10am. Children 16 and under are free. There is no cost to shop the remaining days of the book sale. On Thursday, February 4 buyers can take advantage of Bag Day and fill a bag of books for $5.
