- Timed event to push your strength and endurance
- Heats of 5 participants starting every 20 minutes
- A great way to challenge yourself, compete with friends, and celebrate Chanukah in a healthy, active way!
- Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just looking for a fun challenge, this event is perfect for anyone up for it!

Competitive Group
Early morning heats starting at 8:30am
- Exercise 1: Ski calories
- Exercise 2: Step-ups (per leg)
- Exercise 3: Full burpees (chest to floor and feet leave floor on jump)
- Exercise 4: Row Calories
- Exercise 5: Air Bike Calories
- Exercise 6: Dumbbell Thrusters
- Men use 25lbs dumbbells
- women use 15lbs dumbbells
- 7: Flights of Stairs
- 8: Room Laps
- Men hold a single 35lbs dumbbells
- Women hold a single 20lbs dumbbells
For Fun Group
Mid-morning heats starting around 10:30am
- Exercise 1: Ski calories
- Exercise 2: Step-ups (per leg)
- Exercise 3: Full burpees (chest to floor and feet leave floor on jump)
- Burpees can be elevated with no pushup
- Exercise 4: Row Calories
- Exercise 5: Air Bike Calories
- Exercise 6: Dumbbell Thrusters
- Use any desired weight
- 7: Flights of Stairs
- 8: Room Laps
- Running or walking
