Cardinals Reminiscence League

Cardinals Reminiscence League with The J - St. Louis and the Alzheimer's Association

Let’s Talk Cardinals Baseball! Sports Reminiscence Therapy and Socialization at Adult Day at the J

Adults 18+. The Cardinals Reminiscence League is open to people with early-stage Alzheimer’s disease or memory loss, and their family members, who would like to share memories and learn about the history of our illustrious hometown team, the St. Louis Cardinals. SNew fans and those who enjoy talking baseball in general are invited to join in the conversation.

This type of sports reminiscence therapy falls under the umbrella of socialization programs where those showing signs of dementia can engage with others who share their passion. Colorful memories may emerge!
