The J’s Guest Policy

GUEST POLICY (Effective 5/13/2024)

All guests visiting the J must complete the Guest Pass process to enter.

  • Guests must do one of the following:
    • Be accompanied by an Active Member of the J
      OR
    • Pre-arrange for a guest pass in advance with a J membership team member
      OR
    • Meet with a J membership team member to purchase a guest pass
  • Each guest must present a valid photo ID.
  • Each guest must complete a guest form and liability waiver.
  • Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult on their first visit and the adult must follow the steps above to register the guest who is under 18.
  • Each guest is limited to five (5) visits per calendar year.
  • Guest passes cannot be arranged or purchased within two (2) hours of closing.
  • The J reserves the right to refuse admission to a guest.

MEMBER GUEST POLICY (Effective 5/13/2024)

  • Each membership account (Family, Couple, and Individual) will receive three (3) free one-day guest passes in a calendar year.
  • Guest passes will be loaded electronically into the membership account.
  • Guest passes will expire after one year, if not redeemed.
  • Each guest pass is valid for one individual for a single day.
  • When a member wishes to extend a guest pass to someone, one of the following must take place:
    • Be accompanied by an Active Member of the J
      OR
    • The guest must meet with a membership team member before being provided access to the facilities.
  • Each guest must present a valid photo ID.
  • Each guest must complete a guest form and liability waiver.
  • Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult on their first visit and the adult must follow the steps above to register the guest under 18.
  • The membership account must be in active status with no outstanding balance to extend guest passes to others.
  • Guests with membership accounts that have cleared outstanding balances and have then rejoined within 30 days will receive their remaining guest passes from the previous account.
  • Guest passes are forfeited when a membership is terminated or expires.

GUEST PASS PRICING (Effective Monday, 5/20/2024):

  • Adults: $15
  • Child (ages 12-18): $10
  • Child (up to 11): $5
  • 5-pack of guest passes: $60
