For more than 45 years, the J has provided high-quality programming for seniors and young adults with cognitive and physical impairments. Adult Day at the J operates two unique program tracks, the IN Program and Connections, which are expressly designed to help participants achieve individual goals in a group setting.

Funding & Fees

• Accepted Funding Sources: VA, Medicaid, Department of Mental Health, Long-term Care Insurance
• Private Pay – $125/day (partial scholarship assistance may be available for those who qualify)

Programs/Services

• Social group-based model, staffing support ratio of one staff person for every six participants (1:6). Please contact us for eligibility requirements.
• Therapeutic Programs: Music, Pet, Speech, Horticulture, Art, & more.
• Community Outings, Intergenerational Programs, Yoga, Tai Chi, Volunteerism, & so much more!
• Meals Included: breakfast, lunch, snack (certified Kosher)
• Door-to-door transportation (limited areas)
