BBYO
8th – 12th grades. BBYO, the leading worldwide pluralistic Jewish youth organization, is shaping the lives of thousands of teenagers by providing them with the leadership opportunities, fostering friendships and creating meaningful Jewish experiences. In BBYO, teens engage in activities that promote growth and development through youth-led programming, community service and a chance to interact with participants around the world. Become a part of the St. Louis Council of BBYO where you will have the chance to make new friends, discover new interests, realize new talents and have fun! Special events also take place throughout the year.
*Eight graders may officially join on January 1st of their eighth-grade year.

BBYO Connect
6th – 8th grade
Are you ready for BBYO, but not quite old enough? If you’ve had or are about to have your Bar/Bat Mitzvah and are looking for opportunities to meet new teens, experience fun events or hang out with others your own age, explore BBYO Connect. Students get together with camp, school, synagogue friends and others to start creating friendships as they enter high school and BBYO. Tweens can begin experiencing the privileges and obligations of being a member of the Jewish and general communities. Focused on Judaica, service and social programming, BBYO Connect builds a network of teens across North America at a critical age when kids begin to strengthen their identities.

BBYO Advisors
21 yrs and older. Volunteer position. Join the national network of more than 600 volunteer advisors who make a real difference in the lives of Jewish teens! BBYO is looking for those 21 and over who want to assist in offering teens a truly rewarding experience. Being an advisor allows you to make a positive impact on the future while having a great time! If you are interested or know of someone who may be, you will have the time of your life – and make friendships that can last a lifetime. Special events also take place throughout the year.
