6-Week New Year’s Challenge

Monday, January 27 – Sunday, March 9

Kickstart your New Year with a FREE fitness challenge that motivates you to get moving, stay active, and build healthy habits. The goal of this 6-week challenge is simple: visit the J as many times as possible for a workout. Whether you’re hitting the gym/fitness floor, joining group exercise classes, or swimming laps in the pool, every visit counts toward your goal!

Rules of the Challenge

The primary goal of the challenge is to visit the J for a workout every day. While you are here, you can:

  • Do a cardio workout on one of our cardio machines or strength circuit using our resistance training machines!
  • Do a full body customized PT session!
  • Take an exhilarating GX class!
  • Take a restorative Mind Body Class!

Make sure to scan in at the front desk! The more days you visit, the more chances you will receive to win exciting prizes. Plus, you’ll enjoy the benefits of improved fitness and well-being.

What You Get:

  • Access to a group chat via GroupMe for peer and community support. In this group chat, we will:
    • Make weekly check-ins to help you stay accountable.
    • Share motivational tips and resources to keep you on track throughout the challenge.
  • A free one-on-one with one of our personal trainers!

The more visits you make, the more prize entries you will receive to win one of the following:

  • Free 1-hr Personal Training intro-pack (3 sessions total)
  • Free 30-min Personal Training intro-pack (3 sessions total)
  • Free 1-hr Personal Training session
  • Free 1-hr Massage

This challenge lasts for 42 days, so 42 workouts is the maximum you can reach. The more workouts you complete, the more entries you receive into the drawing to win one of the prizes listed above!

  • 35-42 visits = 15x entries
  • 27-34 visits = 10x entries
  • 19-26 visits = 5x entries
  • 18 or less visits = 1x entry

This challenge is designed for all fitness levels, and the goal is to stay consistent and make fitness a part of your routine. So, let’s make 2025 your healthiest year yet by visiting the J as much as possible!
