DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, October 27\n10am-1pm\nStaenberg Family Complex\, Creve Coeur\nRegister for Free \nThis free day of exercise and wellness is dedicated to educating the community on the different types of hereditary cancers\, and ways to mitigate one’s risk while helping everyone commit to being the healthiest version of themselves\, with or without a cancer diagnosis! \nGuests can participate in several specialty classes like Restorative and Roll\, Tai Chi\, Yoga for Cancer\, Strength Over Cancer\, and a Zumba-thon. In addition to learning more about the Hamsa Wellness Community education and support resources available\, community partners will be on hand to share information about hereditary cancer risks\, cancer rehabilitation\, resources for financial support\, genetic testing and counseling\, and more. Attendees will be able to enjoy a complimentary massage and snacks while they enjoy a health-focused morning with The Hamsa Wellness Community. \nBeyond Pink is open to members and non-members alike.
