DESCRIPTION:*Please note the date and time changes. \nMom’s Support Circle is for moms that crave connection and compassion–not perfection. This group is professionally lead by MSW and pediatric sleep coach Jessica Manela Litwack\, who has more than 14 years of experience working with moms and families. \nThis circle is a program of The J’s Family Center and takes place each Thursday from January 29 through March 5\, 2026. \nFREE | NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED \n  \n\nThe J’s Family Center is a welcoming space where families with young children (ages 5 and under) come to connect\, learn\, and grow together. We provide a warm and nurturing environment where caregivers and children find support\, friendships\, and joyful experiences.
