St. Louis Jewish Book Festival: Breaking Fashion Barriers

May 28, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

The St. Louis Jewish Book Festival hosts Maureen Chiquet, former global CEO of Chanel. Chiquet, who attended school in St. Louis at John Burroughs, will speak on behalf of her book, Beyond the Label: Women, Leadership, and Success on Our Own Terms. Chiquet charts her unlikely path beginning as a literature major, sharing the inklings, risks and (re)defining moments that have shaped her exemplary career. Chiquet seeks to inspire a new generation of women, liberal arts grads, and unconventional thinkers to cultivate a way of living and leading that is all their own.

Maureen Chiquet will be interviewed on stage by Susan Sherman, Board Chair of the St. Louis Fashion Fund

This event is free and open to the community (no registration required).
