Jewish Disability Awareness, Acceptance & Inclusion Month Activities
February 21, 2022 - February 25, 2022
The J is celebrating Jewish Disability Awareness, Acceptance & Inclusion Month from February 21 to 25. This is a unified effort among Jewish organizations and communities worldwide to raise awareness and foster inclusion of people with disabilities and those who love them.
In celebration of our community, join us for two great activities:
Rock Your Art Station, February 21-25: Join us in the hallway outside the locker rooms at the Staenberg Family Complex in Creve Coeur and help us create kind messages to leave around our community. Design your own rock art, and our IN Program participants will then leave the rocks at locations in our area to spread joy, love, and kindness to all.
Tai Chi at the J, Thursday, February 24, 1pm: Join in person at the Staenberg Family Complex’s Arts & Education Building (proof of vaccination or negative covid test from 48 hours prior to the event required). Or join via Zoom! Zoom ID: 327 999 4510, Password: 4423248
