Jewish Arts & Soul Project: Tastes of Tahina

Tahina has been a staple in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine for centuries. Tasty, versatile, inexpensive and vegan, this ground sesame seed condiment is enjoying a popularity boom in restaurants around the world. Explore the wonders of tahina with a four-course tasting menu and hands-on culinary fun led by local chef and caterer Rachel Persellin-Armoza. (Vegetarian, Jewish dietary laws observed.)
