Everyone must wear a mask, all the time, in all areas* of the J – even during workouts.

This includes all open play sports, such as basketball and racquetball. *Masks are not required in the pool (they are required on deck).

Jewish Arts & Soul Project: Jewish Meditation

Cost: $10, limited to 12 participants

Meditation is a precise technique for resting the mind and attaining a state of consciousness that is totally different from the normal waking state. Join Andrew Nunberg for a group-led Jewish session and let all the holiday madness go! Appropriate for beginners and experienced meditators. Wine and snacks provided.
