There is no cost to attend; RSVP requiredJoin us for a day of Mindfulness. A day just for YOU (and your friends!) Begin the day with Rabbi Andrea Goldstein who will enlighten us about how mindfulness is so important in our daily life! Maxine Mirowitz will then lead us in relaxing chair yoga to melt our stress away. Next, Cheryl Wasserman will remind us how mindful eating promotes nutrition and wellness and is essential for our body. Enjoy the rest of the day eating a healthy lunch and socializing with friends.
