Breast Cancer Awareness Month & Day of Fitness

Join us on October 29, 2017, at the Staenberg Family Complex in Creve Coeur for a morning of awareness and fitness! We’re kicking off the day with a special selection of group exercise classes. Stay for one class or all, win raffle prizes, learn about Sharsheret and support those in our community facing cancer.
8am – Extreme Conditioning
9am – Yoga
10:30am – Extreme Conditioning
11:30am – Rock-in’ Pink Zumba
12:30pm – Rock-in’ Pink Zumba
This event is free and open to the public (donations welcome), so put on your best pink workout clothes, bring your friends and enjoy the day with us! Snacks and beverages will be provided.
